This policy explains what personal data FreshFlow Pro collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to the FreshFlow Pro application.

Who we are

FreshFlow Pro is operated by WayToGrowServices, based in Coventry, West Midlands, UK. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact us at support@waytogrowservices.com. We are the data controller for the data described here.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the free trial form we collect your name, restaurant or business name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the plan you are interested in, your preferred contact method and any message you write. We use this solely to contact you about setting up FreshFlow Pro.

Payment information

We do notcollect or store card details. All payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Your card data goes directly to Stripe and never touches our systems. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Technical information

Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) processes standard server log data including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage for core site functionality — for example, remembering that you have responded to our cookie notice. These do not track you across other websites. We will only load analytics or marketing cookies with your consent, which you give or refuse via the banner shown on your first visit.

Legal basis for processing (UK/EU visitors)

• Legitimate interests — responding to your enquiry about our product, and keeping our website secure.
• Contract — where you subscribe to a plan, to provide and bill for the service.
• Consent — for any non-essential cookies.
• Legal obligation — retaining transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Firestore, Hosting) — stores form submissions and serves this website. Our database is located in the europe-west2 (London) region.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Cloudflare R2 — hosting images and video used on this website.
• Email delivery provider — to notify our team of new trial requests and to send you service emails.

Some of these providers are based in, or may transfer data to, the United States. Where that happens, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Trial enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records relating to payments and subscriptions are kept for 7 years where required by UK tax law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To make any request, email support@waytogrowservices.com. We will respond within one month. If you are in the UK and unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If you are a California resident, you additionally have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. Database access is restricted by server-side security rules that permit form submissions only and block public reading of stored enquiries. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.

Children

FreshFlow Pro is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
